The PT-PC021 is a DC-DC step-down switching regulator based on the MC34063. The small size and 500mA output makes it ideal for small projects.

Voltage In should be at least 2V greater than Voltage Out. The PT-PC021 comes with a free carrier board with screw terminals for power in and power out.
